Question about Fiber

I was wondering if you are able to drink psylium husks? It is a teaspoon dissolved in water to help clean out your colon? especially if you for some reason can not take the herbal teas or do the SWF? I saw it mentioned somewhere else that you can combine The Master Cleanse with anotehr diet that involves taking psyllium husks everyday? It contains no calorie , juts 5 grams of fiber. Thanks
