So, is it safe for me to still drink and swish me urine despite it being bubbly and having lots of small white particles suspended floating around in it ?

I have changed my diet to a mostly raw vegan diet , consisting of fruits and veg, and organic shakes (coconut milk or almond milk, with bananas , strawberries , nut butter) in case I feel hungry.

Also, I hope this raw vegan based lifestyle helps with my constipation.
