Re: Saltwater flush Help
Hi, sounds like you've got lots of questions. The book "
The Master Cleanser " by Stanley Burroughs is very helpful, but in case you can't get it, here is what I know:
The salt water flush is composed of a
quart of water and two rounded teaspoons of uniodized
Sea Salt . It must be in these proportions b/c then the solution has the same gravity as your blood and your kidneys will not pick up the water and your blood will not pick up the salt.
I can't stand the flush, so I drink lax tea at night and again in the a.m instead.
Herbal tea is allowed...he recommends peppermint tea.
In regards to the potassium, the maple syrup actually has potassium in it, as well as a lot of other vitamens. (it's all in the book)
I'm not too sure about the lemon juice though, sorry!
I hope this was helpful to you!
Good luck on your cleanse
Natasha
