Try Yoga and get rid of Diabetes.
According to the International Diabetes Federation Atlas, an estimated 69.2 million Indians are diabetic. Diabetes is a condition that occurs when the body can't use glucose normally. Glucose is the main source of energy for the body's cells. The levels of glucose in the blood are controlled by a hormone called insulin, which is made by the pancreas. If diabetes is not managed at an early stage it can have serious complications later on. Diabetes can also lead to serious problems such as heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and eyesight loss.

Yoga Poses for Controlling Diabetes
1. Vajarsana
2. Bend your knees, let your feet touch the mat.
3. Put your weight on your ankles
4. Now place both your palms on your knees, facing downwards. Close your eye and breath in deeply at a steady rate.
5. Sit in this position for at least 5 minutes.
6. Doing it after eating results in better digestion.
2. Paschimottanasana
• Sit down and keep your back straight. Place the legs in front and stretch them slowly.
• Move your hands up, keeping them straight and fingers also pointing upwards.
• Exhaling your breath, bend forward and try to touch your forehand to your knees.
• Hold yourself in this position for minimum 10 seconds.
3. Ardha Matsyendra
• Sit down on your mat with legs folded.
• Bend your right leg and place the heel of your left foot beside your left hip.
• Now lift your left leg and put it on right knee and place your right hand on your left knee and your left hand behind you.
• Look back and support yourself in this position for 10 seconds.
• Change the side and repeat again.
4. Dhanurasana
• Lie on your stomach with toes wide apart.
• Fold your knees and bend backwards to hold your ankles.
• Inhale in and lift your upper body off the floor.
• Hold the pose and focus on your breath.
• Bring back your body to the ground, close eyes and relax for a few seconds.
Doing these yoga poses on a regular basis can help you in achieving extraordinary results and will bring down your high
