Re: Epsom salt for liver flush

My Mother and Grandmother both taught me to use Epsom Salts for flushing and cleansing back in the 1960's.

Stay close to a toilet for at least 24 hours and expect some nasty looking foul smelling stuff to come out.

Tastes terrible too, bitter. I usually keep a glass of lemon water to chase it with.

Use only occasionally.
