HELP! I am winning against the fungus but losing against the helminths.

This is my first time on cure zone so forgive me if I checked off the appear on all forums button and it places this message in inappropriate places, please let me know so I won't do it again.

I need assistance please. I am suffering intense itching and some light biting.

I had mold sickness at first and suffered yeast so I know what I am feeling now isn't the neuro zaps you get from mold. Fluconazole resolved that as well as eye problems after 6 months of use.

I just completed a 28 day course of Itraconazole 100 bid that I took at the first sign of a scalp skin eruption of dry crusting skin that happened near the ears as well as a couple dime sized small red rashes on face by facial hair which itched all over the beard area.

I thought it responded as it mostly cleared in a couple days but came back half way through the course. Small scabbing in scalp areas followed and persisted as well as some crawl sensation.

Mad itch has grown in size and intensity and went from face to whole torso.

I thought it was scabies but it feels like it might be strongyloides as something has been irritating my lungs on and off for nearly 3 months.

Recently I have new bites, mostly on my legs. Small bright red dots in a linear fashion, not so much on my torso. Oddly little to no local itching at the leg bite marks.

I was in the infra red sauna at my friends house today and these 'large' (about 2mm) visible brown creatures with legs and possibly double segmented bodies but too small to tell, were coming through my pores in my torso, as well as not so visible tiny grains were also being ejected.

I feel like they are also in my scalp which has a few non healing small single scabs. There has been scaly non fluid filled small white circles grouped together inside the cheek forming a rash, lots of daily mouth skin changes, and gum pain.

I completed 5 cycles of Ivermectin with Praziquaantel last month at pretty high doses and then this happened. I haven't been off of Iver for more than a month.

I am taking some now just to see if I can slow them down but it doesn't seem to be that effective but its better than doing nothing.

I don't have a bathtub or I would go soak in it.

A month ago I also tried Nitazoxanide for 5 days to resolve the lung issue but it got so bad on the 5th day that I thought the med was making me worse.
Ive had Lyme symtoms following the mold sickness but they were mild until this.

Also I got bit by the moving black flat circular dot mite (1-2mm) yesterday but all this other stuff preceded this most recent development, so I imagine I am headed for more troubles soon.

Sore throat this morning for the first time in ages.

Its safe to say at minimum I have advanced Lyme with multiple confections of different types of parasites, yet I have no filaments.

Long term the problems started with inhaled mold over many months which led to a systemic yeast infection.

I hit back early and hard with Fluconaole. I improved but mold sickness led to specific Lyme symptoms and now its advanced. I am shedding more hair than usual.

I am losing the battle against the helminths.

I have all kinds of anthelmintics being shipped on the way 2-3 weeks. I can get some horse pastes in the morning.

What might I be dealing with?

What would you take first? How often and how much?

What can I do in the meantime to minimize their progression while I wait?

Please tell me what you would do.
