Mucus from the liver

Alcross008,

just to clarify,

mucus you are getting out with castor oil is called bile, it is produced by liver, stored by gallbladder and flushed out into intestines by Castor oil.

It can be orange, red, green, blue-green, dark-green, yellow etc .. almost any color.

By cleansing your liver and your gallbladder with castor oil, you have been cleansing your lungs indirectly.

Clean liver helps keep blood clean, clean blood helps keep lungs clean.

But, there is no a direct way of cleansing mucus from the lungs with castor oil, except by coughing mucus out.

What can also help in cleansing the langs is complete elimination of all grains from the diet and all milk, milk products and all industrially processed foods.

As long as you consume milk and grains, especially flour products and sugar, your lungs may have problems with mucus, if your intestines are weak and have problems properly digesting grains and milk (leaky gut).

Also probiotics and FMT can help the intestines, and other forms of liver flushing.
