Drinking broken glass feeling drugged and a flooded bathroom dream. Please help

So I just has this really weird dream where I was in my flat alone (I live by myself ) and I'm not really sure what's going on but I'm walking about the flat sorting out some stuff, like little bits I'm organising. I leave my living room to get something and I have a sore foot, like I've stepped in glass, then I start feeling weird, like drunk or just a bit out of it or drugged but when I come back into the living room my glass of juice has spilled on the floor. I pick the glass up to finish the rest that didn't spill then have a feeling of something in my moth so I start spitting the juice out and lots of broken glass is also coming out but I can't get it all out and start feeing like a can't breathe so go to the bathroom still trying to get the glass out of my throats and when I open the door there is water pouring out of the ceiling and I can't find a way to stop it or get help cause the glass in my mouth so the last bit I remember is trying to get either out of my flat or to the phone to get help but I just collapsed? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm writing it in the middle of the night cause now wide awake and a bit freaked out. Any insight would be very much appreciated
