Tonsillitis

Hi, I have been Water Fasting for 15 days (started 9th January) But I got a tonsillitis 3 days ago, I tried ignoring it but I couldn't stand it anymore, each time I try to talk or drink water I fell like I'm swallowing blades, I'm going to take zithromax tablets (I took them each time I had tonsillitis since I was a kid) I'm worried what will happen if I took the pill on an empty stomach...
Do you have natural ways to get rid of the tonsillitis ? Thank you and sorry for my bad grammar
