Parasites

I recently have a parasitic infection as the picture is a little gross in need help identifying what this could be. I have been sick 7mnths with severe nuerogical symtoms..Diagnosed with Chronic Nuerogical Lyme..And then these parasites started coming out alive.. amongst other types..
