ozone safety whit corona discharge generator for rectal insuflation

i need to know if my ozone corona discharge generator is good to do rectal insufflation therapy and i need a chart of ozone concentration for my 600mg\h on dry air and about 1g\h on pure oxygen and i will use only pure oxygen input so the concentration chart have to be based on 1g\h output
