Give it a try!

Probiotics normally consume Sugar and convert Sugar into acids, that is why yogurt taste acid.

Lactose is natural milk sugar.

If probiotics bacteria works on your milk for 12-16 hours, no lactose will be left in the natural yogurt created by probiotics bacteria from natural milk.

While you may have problems with consuming milk due to Lactose intolerance, you may have no problem with milk if taken as an enema, and on top of this if that milk is now yogurt, lactose free yogurt.

Give it a try, and it may cure your Lactose intolerance.

Lactose intolerance is often caused by Dysbiosis, not enough of the right kind of bacteria in the gut.
