I am taking also now 30billion probiotics. not ultimate but an other very good brand ( Mega8 Biotix)

How long have you waited to see a difference?
do you smell yourself? if yes, how do you do? for me it's impossible and I am stoping to try coz at the end when i smell something bad i always thinks it's me you know what i mean.
