Re: castor oil pack?

Scroll the page linked below as needed. The quick overview: cut a large square of plastic wrap, large enough to cover the castor oil layers once placed over the area of your body to be treated, such as liver; cut two or more squares of flannel, cotton, linen or the like, these squares should be smaller than the plastic square but big enough to cover the area of body being treated; the layers of cloth, once soaked in castor oil, help create the drawing effect; you want the cloth saturated BUT not dripping wet with castor oil; apply saurated cloth over area to be treated, smooth over with hands to fix it in place flat and conforming, then cover with the plastic wrap so that the plastic provides a seal to prevent you or your surroundings from becoming messy while the pack is applied. You can cover the plastic wrap with towell, heating pad, etc as described in the procedure linked below. When finished YOU CAN put the used/soaked cloth in a sandwhich storage bag, keep in refrigerator and reuse a couple times.
