I often had light brown or orange jelly like liquid after my enemas, which is a kind of mucous produced by the large intestine. In my case i have been full of large roundworms and this thing was produced as they have irritated the intestinal walls. It might not be the same thing for you, but i would look for a good elimination protocol and find ways to reduce toxins and inflammation.
A reddish colour might also point to a bleeding somewhere so again, something is causing inflammation.
