Hi Dr. Vinograd, would like to know what are some examples of milled or lab fabricated restorations? What do you use at your office? I'm often in the LA area and looking for a holistic dentist to replace my amalgams. Looking for a holistic dentist that works with the most bio-compatible materials. I'm willing to drive the distance to get the very best :)
