Biomodulator vs other kinds of Scenars?

Has anyone here used both a Tennant Biomodulator and any other kind of scenar device? I'm curious to know which you prefer and why.

I have a scenar that I find is very good. I've just recently been learning about the Biomodulator and it sounds like it's based on scenar technology but is used somewhat differently.
