being aware on how fasts are normally supposed to be broken, I chanced upon an article which gives the following instructions for breaking a dry fast:
The first two days after the Dry Fast must include drinking of pure water, EATING MAINLY FRESH PROEIN-RICH FOODS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN: fatty yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, fish and chicken broth, boiled fish, chicken, eggs, etc.
Does anyone on here have experience with breaking a fast this way? It seems counter-intuitive to start with hard-to-digest foods like these, but on the other hand it also seems like a way to go back to normal eating more quickly than usually recommended - if it works.
Thanks a lot in advance for any input.
Hans
P.S.: I also posted this question in the dry fasting forum, but that seems to be pretty much dead.
