i know that the internet says to never lick your lips and i believed this for many many years only to end up frustrated that my lips would never heal. what i am saying goes against what you have read but what im also trying to say is ignore what you have read and do what you would if you had never read that stuff like when you were a kid or animal(animals lick there lips alot, they cant read or hear stupid information like lip licking is bad). i dont know why tergot hates me he may have emotional problems or whatever from having ec for so long so i dont hold it against him. in no way am i trying to give you false information. it really is the only way for me to have normal lips. i really hope you decide that once you have exausted all the options possible and given up on unnatural things like chapstick and vaseline which dont work, you will try a natural approach. saliva. i just wish you guys would listen to me and get better. how are you going to make out with a girl for hours without getting saliva on your lips? how are you going to eat anything without licking your lips clean? it works for me and has healed me even the infamous triangle which never heals, has healed with saliva. if you are sitting there reading this and are someone who never lets saliva touch there lips and your lips wont return to normal then take my advice and forget your fear of saliva i guarantee you it will do you no harm otherwise god would not have put it in your mouth and so close to your lips.
