Eye/ Sinus Parasites

These came out from my eye socket and mouth. I think they are a life stage of stronyloides but not confirmed (shocking I know!)

Has anyone dealt with this? I haven't found every much information on this but would love any feedback. Thanks in advance. By the way, these came out in just the last 10 minutes. The first photo shows the ones that hurt the most.
