Adrenal Fatigue with High Blood Pressure? Confusing?

I'm struggling with some issues related to adrenal fatigue. Recently I got myself tested and my morning cortisol was 8, my acth was 12. I was suffering from low blood pressure and postural hypotension. Sodium was low at 135. I took hydrocortisone for 5 weeks. Started with 20+20+20mg. Took my last 2.5 mg yesterday.

About 4 days after starting this treatment I started suffering from high blood pressure. Even as we tapered the dose and now that we have stopped altogether I still suffer from diastolic hypertension and it stays in the 85 to 95 range, even if I take a beta blocker. Pulse is high too between 90-105. Any ideas what's going on? My aldosterone is less than 0.9
