Who is the best US dentist for cavitation surgery? Personal experiences welcome

Hi guys so I'm looking to find the best jaw cavitation surgeon in the US. I have three cavitation sites from wisdom tooth removals in 2010.

I have so far narrowed my list down to a few names of some well known docs:
