Can I take Candida pills (Nystatin) during a water fast? To really kill it off?

Hey there,
my eczema, morning tiredness, high carb diet and Sugar cravings lead me to believe I have candida. Not an extreme case, but more than normal. I want to kill off the candida, and "restart" my diet to a One Meal A Day keto diet. I have prescribed pills that contain 500 000 IE Nystatin that I usually take with my meals once a day. Now, I plan to do a 5-7 day Water Fast to really starve the candida and get some self healing underway!

Can I continue taking the candida pills, to really kill it off effectively, or am I better off not taking in ANYTHING, as taking the pills while fasted could keep my digestion having to work or even be dangerous?

I completely understand that Water Fasting means only water, and why this is so, but could the fact that taking the antifungal additionally killing off the candida much faster make up for this, assuming it is safe to do so..
