Re: Where to start?

It also can be a biochemical problem due to toxins, etc.

Are other people around you saying you are not as tolerant of stressful situations as you once were?

I ask that because one of the symptoms can be an intolerance for stressful situations; however the person with AI/AF blames the situation on the person causing the stress. In actuality, when you get appropriate support for adrenals and stress related brain chemicals, etc, those situations are no longer so stressful.

I can tell you that relationships are SO much easier when a person with AF gets appropriate hormonal and biochemical support! A close female friend's mood is so much more consistent and pleasant. Amazingly I'm not such a bad guy any longer ; ) The things SHE is taking must be making ME a nicer person.

I'm exaggerating, but there have been many moments that felt like that. She generally knows that she needs adrenal support, glutamine, magnesium, maybe a tiny bit of a Lithium supplement, etc.

The people who are telling you it is all in your head are likely either ignorant, or they are limited by legal factors, medical insurance coverage, etc. Don't let them convince you to ignore the likely biochemical issues!

Do you have abnormal levels of fatigue, especially later in the day on stressful days? If you you might appreciate this.
