I saw again improvement

now I saw again improvement December 21
in 07~14 I used steroid ointment and pills (steroid ointment contain vaseline)
then less steroid oint and more Vaseline

I leave alone at nov and early dec.
I think leave alone or steroid or Vaseline

or complex

no toothpaste , no contact , no water
no peel even white soft keratin(when I wake up.. some was missing....)


my symptom is raw and red part and
keep creating crust. then crust turn yellow after 2~3weeks Tweet
