Hepatocellur Carcinoma and Hepatitis B

My brother is told earlier that he has Hepatitis B in Lorengau General Hospital, Manus Province, Papua New Guinea through several blood test and a week later after going through a CT Scan in Pacific International Hospital (PIH) in the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby showing his results that he has hepatocellur carcinoma. Is there any possible treatment somewhere somehow could anyone thought of could help him? The only option I have now is God's healing hand.
