I am not sure exactly if it is your case but for me things have gotten worse after starting treatment especially with fenben. I think it is a sign that i am killing well and they are trying to fight back. You might need to support your treatment with other broad spectrum things (if you are not already doing so), for the different stages so that you can limit their reproduction while killing them.
