My opinion only....yes, yes, yes, and yes.
The rise in infection is because around 1930 - 1940 people stopped worming themselves because the government told them they didn't have parasites. Grandmas monthly remedy was shoved to the back of the cupboard. Everybody took a anti parasitic of some sort before 1930.
