folliculitis or kellatosis pilaris?

Hi, I have been told I have a mild case of folliculitis. I had a skin biopsy and it confirmed an infection but wouldn't determine what type. I searched kellatosis pilaris if that is how it's spelt and it looks similar up close to that. Is there any chance that is what it could be? this is what my skin looks like.. Tweet
