Iodine for Possible Ringworm

My husband has a persistent fungus on his skin that shows up as small red patches. I think it could be ringworm, but whatever it is, it seems systemic. for years he has used cortisone and other topicals but whenever one spot goes away more appear somewhere else (mostly on his arms though). I recently read Dr Brownstein and Lynn Farrow's books about Iodine and had him apply Lugol's 2% to the spots. I'm not all that surprised to see that overnight they are much worse because I know detoxing will reveal the extent of the problem but of course I am concerned.. advice please! Tweet
