I seem to be eating mostly safe stuff. I do weightlifting and cook all my food.
Stuff I eat is beef, brocolli, rice, whole grain rye bread, apples, salmon, eggs, coconut oil, mushrooms etc. I don't drink milk apart from making kefir. So, I don't eat any ready-made food and only eat home cooked stuff. I also had milk products out of my diet for months, ate no eggs for 2 months or so and my skin situation did not improve at all.
