We see this all the time in Gold stocks, trades are usually 100 lot so to trade in specific lot sizes means altering what Gen Pop still considers a market to whatever you want. After all when you run all the branches of the gov then who is going to stop you..

Just look at the lots sizes of that one screen print. A program on the other side has the same lots sizes and those all went through ABOVE ASK.

You know like being unable to figure out who made off with millions by shorting airline stocks on 9\10..
