Consider changing up the urine therapy practice some.
Switch to just massaging old urine into the skin a two or three time a day.(this is what some monks and yoga people do)
Also getting some up your nose works well too, as just swishing in the mouth.
That may or may not help, but there are elements in the urine which get absorbed through the skin and not the digetive tract.
The external application is very powerful and seems often forgotten aspect of UT.
I still drink some, but not everyday, but I am doing the urine massage more, which is doing wonderful things to my skin!
