Psoriatic Arthritis and Pregnancy

I'm looking for ways to help ease the joint pain and swelling I have. Diagnosed with psoriatic Arthritis (The only Psoriasis I have is a small circle on my right ankle, about the size of a pencil eraser. It is so small it rarely bothers me) after the birth of my daughter in 2013. I began the Autoimmune protocol diet, had my Amalgams removed, chelated, started taking Low Dose Naltrexone, and was feeling really good for the past year. Now, I'm 17 weeks pregnant and having immense joint pain and swelling in my right foot, right wrist, and left middle finger. Blood work shows that my ESR and CRP are high, other than that everything is normal. My quality of life is quickly declining and I'm not enjoying this pregnancy at all. I can't walk for more than 5 minutes without having to sit down or use a cane/wheelchair.
Here is a list of the things I do daily to help, but they don't seem to be working anymore:
-Supplements include: Wobenzyme,Fish Oil,Probiotics,Pre-natal vitamins, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Turmeric/Curcumin.
- Epsom Salt Baths several times a week.
-Ice
-Therapeutic Massage
-Accupuncture
-Collagen
-Gelatin
-ACV

What can I do to help with the pain?
