That's great, exactly what i needed to know, thanks guys.

Does magnesium glycinate dilate the bile ducts like magnesium sulfate?

Im plenty comfortable using vitamin c for a laxative after the flush and usually a coffee enema to round it all up, thise are no problem. Its chugging the Epsom Salt after the flush that is vile.
