Have you gotten rid of yours?

I did Humaworm and thought I had to wait 3 months until I could take herbs again.. I did ICU's Tapeworm protocol earlier this year and 6 weeks of herbs and then mebendazole in rounds, liver flushes, coffee enemas, colonics, kidney cleanse.. I will try Hulda Clark s approach this time around and not stop until I stop seeing worms.

If it will take a year or maybe more does this mean I will have to stick to a strict diet that whole time? I reaaaally miss fruits and also being able to have a glass with my friends. I'm 23 and I feel like I'm missing my youth a bit. I also have a past of eating distorters
