Ulcer Ulcer On The Wall

It's been one year now with ulcers and GERD.

There are so many treatments suggested that I am totally confused :

ADDING HEALTHY ORGANISMS
Microbiotics
Kefir
Sauerkraut
Kombucha

KILLING UNHEALTHY ORGANISMS
Wormwood, Black-Walnut
Cranberry Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Pau D'Arco
Calendula
Bentonite Clay
Antibiotics
Iodine

DECREASING ACID
Bicarbonate of Soda
Lemon water
Milk of Magnesia
Bitters
Alkalyzing diets

INCREASING ACID
Salt intake
Other things (Not an expert)
HCL
ACV

STIMULATING GUT RELINING
Cayenne Pepper
Bone Broth

SOOTHING THE STOMACH
Licorice
Camomile
Lemon Balm

COATING THE STOMACH
Slipper Elm Bark
Linseed

MISCELLANEIOUS
Pine Nut Oil
Tooth Decay

F*ck*ng Hell. All these things are completely contradictory.

As for "acid stomach" : why is it acid at all ? Why does it hurt ? Isn't it supposed to be acidic ?

The more I listen the more I think humans are unable to think. It's just loads of words and random suggestions without any intelligence.

Anyway.

I think I might select one thing at a time and try it and see what happens. Doing more than one will be confusing.

I don't know how anyone constructs an action plan based on this kind of advice. If you take 3 or 4 things at the same time, how can you tell what is working ?
