Re: Urine Therapy and Body Odor

Hi, yes I'd say UT works quite well to decrease Body Odor .

The diarrhea (assuming it is not painful) is certainly a purging and detox process.

Also consider external massage with old urine.
I know it seems counter intuitve to rub smelly old urine into the skin.
But something happens when the urine contacts you skin; the odor goes away, and it leaves your skin feeling totaly rejeuvenated.

You need to really rub it in, spend at least 15-20 minutes doing it.
My experience is after about 20 minutes I experience a metabolic rate increase and profuse sweating like being in a steam bath.
I'll continue for another 10 minutes or until the cup of urine I'm using is finished.
Then rinse in a shower, no soap is used at all.
The clean refreshed feeling of the skin is truly remarkable.

The odor left on your skin is very mild and quite pleasant.

Fresh urine also works but takes much longer (30 minutes) to get that metabolism surge.

Truly a very powerful aspect of the UT.
John Armstrong talks a little about the body massage with urine but doesn't really emphasize it much.

I tried it after reading how the Tibetan monks used it and the early Everest mountain climbers used it to cope with the severe conditions of high altitude.

No one seems to really understand what is going on, but I suspect it has something to do with the stem cells in the aged urine being enhanced somehow.

Anyway don't be shy about using the old utine. That's for sure!
