Goldenseal tea for kidneys, Why religious?
>>Also don't listen to this guy above me any sort of cleanse is NOT part of Andy's protocol and can cause even more problems.
These sort of messages freak me out a little. Why is one required to stick to one teacher/cleanse protocol religiously?
I agree that chelation seriously helps, I use it myself-
But I grabbed soledago (goldenseal herb) tea immediately after listening to Dr. Mercola in an interview about mercury cleansing.
It did indeed relieve a lot of the anxiety after taking it. Mercury re-settles between chelation rounds, and the feeling crappy through the whole body is hitting the kidneys pretty hard (because all the mercury has to go out the lymph system).
I feel there is important information to gather from the different professionals, and it is a lack of communication and networking that prevents a good deal of success-both in getting the messag out, but also in alleviating a lot more symptoms.
"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed." (from the book of Proverbs)
Yes, there are problems with having too much information and no idea who to choose from, but it's good to know the terrain well so you have multiple battle strategies available to you.
