question about earthing

I have a question about earthing. I bought some earthing bands. When I got them I put one of the bands on my wrist to try it out. It was making me feel worse. If the earthing band is making me feel worse what should I do? Should I only use it for a very short time in the beginning? It feels like it's too much electricity. Tweet
