That would be a big mistake IMO. It risks your colon flora and immune system stability. It might not get past the biofilms in the colon but it might do depending upon how resistant they are. Any that it does get past will destroy your colon bacteria which is a very big risk IMO.

People should not take the risk of doing this IMO because you do not know what will take their place while faeces is going through the colon. Chances are they will not be helpful.
