I started the Master-Cleanse a few days after my period and I hardly had any cramps. In fact, I had terrible ones before I started it and then after I started it, I rather forgot that I had my period. Okay well I didn't forget but I didn't have any cramps.


I was fine, in fact I liked the fact that I was starting around my period because I felt like it would be more of a motivator (feeling down and out/unhealthy=wanting to do a fast)
