If she is very helthy, I think she could be a good donor.

It is very difficult to find a perfect donor today.

It is almost impossible to find someone who has never taken Antibiotics , never been vaccinated, never been to a doctor, etc.


I believe that majority of FMT donors today have history of use of Antibiotics , at least once.

Bu, if their intestines are healhy, if their poop is healthy, they can still be a good donor.

It is important that poop looks healthy, nicely shaped, nice color, nice consitency.

If you have any food allergies , it is good if the donor avoid those foods for a few days.

Just go on, and let us know how it works for you.

Kids are often safer donors than aduts.
