Btw. I am an assistant manager of a non profit that invites young adults with Aspergers and other develpmental challenges to come to receive career training and opportunities to interact socially with our staff and volunteers. I've worked directly with people suffering with "mental imparements" on a nearly daily basis for quite a few years. I think my own former imparements from years of undiagnosed lead toxicity help me to better understand these young people and compassionately help them to learn and heal.
