Candida Sufferer: Need Help!

I have been struggling with Candida issues, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue, under-active thyroid, hormone imbalances for a year and half. Candida issues and leaky gut symptoms started first (itchy red rash along my nose and mouth, constantly hungry, etc). My adrenal and thyroid issues stared when I started the Candida diet (extremely low carbs and no sugar) and have not recovered. I take a lot of supplements, probiotic, and some natural antifungals, but I'm not getting any better. Can anyone recommend an experienced holistic doctor who can treat my issues?
