Colostrum good for cancer patients (casein,IFG-1)?

Hi everyone!

I'm a cancer patient and I've read very good things regarding bovine colostrum. However dairy is one of the main foods forbidden whan taking an anti-cancer diet. One of the reasons is the protein in dairy, casein, and another one is the IGF-1 (Insulin Grow Factor). I'd like to know what you think about these two compounds when treating an illness as cancer.

Thank you very much!
