How do I know if this green papaya powder is pure?

I've bought some green papaya powder, from a website, here in Australia.


The company said it was from Thailand.

The powder is a slightly dirty-ish green, with a few small brownish specks in it.

It tastes like breadcrumbs. Slightly sweet.

I had thought the powder would be pale green and that it would taste fresh, slightly tart, like green papaya.


What colour is pure green papaya powder?
What does it taste like?
