Does anyone have any orthostatic issues?

I have AF but am also in perimenopause (which has many of same symptoms of AF) and I am so weak! My stomach is also really bloated all the time with painful gas (upper abdomen). Just walking to the bathroom makes my heart race. So far all heart tests are normal. Just had a ton of labs run two weeks ago and am awaiting the results. It seems most of my friends on my perimenopause and adrenal support groups are also having orthostatic issues. I know healing the adrenals and getting the hormones straightened out will go a long way to fix this, but just wondering if anyone here has any other suggestions. Thanks. Tweet
