Sorry but i cannot see the details. You would really need to magnify it with a microscope.
I am not sure about a human pathologist unless you are on friendly terms, but a vet parasitologist should be more knowledgeable. If you make the pics from a microscope and you can clearly see the details you can try to send those to CDC. I did read someone has done that here before, but he has sent very good photos (it was banana fiber though). Basically they did help him.
