Coffee Enema breathing difficulties
I have been doing coffee enemas for about six months. In the last month I have been having trouble holding the enema (reduced the amount to half what I normally take). Now while holding the coffee enema I get really hot and my breathing is becoming more difficult. Does anyone know why this is ?
